I understand that making a decision about your migraine care is important, and you likely have questions. This FAQ page is designed to give you clear, honest answers so you can determine if Mend Migraine is the right fit for you.

My approach is not a quick fix—it’s a proven, science-backed method that helps women take control of their migraines and reclaim their lives. If you’re motivated to make lasting changes and want a personalized strategy that fits your unique needs, you’re in the right place.

Good question. It might not be.

I ONLY specialize in helping the following people:

Women who are motivated to significantly reduce their migraine frequency so they can return to focusing on the people and activities that create joy in their lives and feel free in their body again.

If you fit into any of these categories then I can certainly help you as long as you are someone who is motivated to change the status quo.

On the other hand, if you are satisfied with where you are with your migraines, then this is not for you.

You do not need to stop any medications or treatments that you are currently receiving for us to work together.

A one size fits all dietary plan will not be recommended for you, however, you will receive personalized recommendations based upon your lab testing results.

You will continue working with your existing doctor(s) during our coaching relationship.  

The typical time to begin noting improvements is 4 weeks with full commitment to the program, however, the more committed you are to the process, the more effective your response will be.
